If I could relive the experience I would

I honestly can't put in to words the service I have recived from houlcroft cars. 5 stars just isn't enough. The owner went above and beyond to make the hole transaction perfect. On first inspection of the car he noticed a few scuffs, he didn't hesitate to resolve the issue. And even kept the car for 2 weeks till my loan was approved. The communication was outstanding and he's stright up honest which no car dealer is anymore. As soon as we arrived he pointed out the floors with the car as he has so much pride in his work and company. I fully recommend buying from houlcroft cars. I never leave reviews but this transaction has really stood out in my mine

If Carlsberg made car dealers....

After the purchase of two lemons in as many months I was at the end of my tether looking for a newer car for my wife, much needed for the amount of driving involved with her job, we'd had an absolute nightmare, the used car market is a minefield. In my search for a VW Golf which hadn't been going wellI I just happened to think outside the box & change my Autotrader search to an EOS. Redditch is close enough for me & it just so happened I was in the same area as where the vehicle was advertised at Houlcroft cars the following morning, so had to take a look. Well what can I say, Dave is just a breath of fresh air, a very friendly relaxed guy who doesn't give the hard sell, he clearly has an eye for clean honest cars that sell themself, the vehicle was presented for sale to an astonishingly high standard, not a detail missed, I've viewed so many cars that dealers haven't even botherd to clean let alone refurbish the alloys, thoroughly valet inside and out etc as this was. Dave actually takes it upon himself to drive about in his cars for a couple of days to satisfy himself that everything works as it should, in this case he said he could hear a slightly noisy wheel bearing, so he simply got them changed before advertising, Who'd do that? Even instisted before driving away to sort an imperfection to the fuel filler cap, which he did at a local spray shop and its a great job. Before collection the fuel light had come on so Dave splashed a bit of diesel in it for my wifes drive home, he really cant do enough. A message to all car dealers out there. Be like Dave. I know exactly where I'm going to when my own car needs replacing. What a gem.

Amazing Service!

I found my car what I was searching for at Houlcroft cars. I met Dave and one of his members of team Craig to view the vehicle. Was talked all through previous history of vehicle, went for a test drive. I was a bit picky about some tiny requirements (bearing in mind it was expected as it was a used vehicle) however, everything that I mentioned Dave and his team put right for me without any hesitation so that I was happy. Whilst bits were being completed (tiny hole repaired in seat etc) I was kept informed throughout the whole process and was made aware of my collection time on the day with a good few hours notice to arrange a lift over to collect. My new car was super shiny, my own registration plates had been put onto the car for me as requested so I could literally get in and drive away. Dave was even kind enough to put me more than enough fuel in to get me back home and to a garage near me. Brilliant service throughout and if anyone was looking for a new vehicle I would not hesitate to send them to Houlcroft cars. LOVE my new car. Thanks so much to Dave & team !
